2. Data collected

The contact form only collects information supplied by the person concerned: name, email address and message, plus a telephone number if requested in a future form. This website does not collect personal data by other means.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is processed solely to answer enquiries, prepare and send quotations, and manage relationships with clients and prospective clients.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is taking pre-contractual measures at the person’s request and, where applicable, performing a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. When services are contracted, data is also processed to comply with tax and accounting obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry. If services are contracted, it is retained throughout the business relationship and afterwards for statutory tax and commercial retention periods.

6. Recipients and processors

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless legally required. Contact form data is handled with providers acting as processors:

• Web3Forms, for contact form delivery;
• the website hosting provider;
• where applicable, an accountancy provider for invoicing.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@modoonline.es and attaching a copy of your identity document.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es if you believe processing does not comply with applicable law.

8. Automated decisions and profiling

No automated decisions or profiles are created from the data collected.

9. Marketing communications

There is currently no newsletter or marketing mailing. If introduced in the future, separate express consent will be requested.
